Deze hele week kookt Janneke Vreugdenhil uit het Kookboek Honey & Co van Itamar Srulovich en Sarit Packer.
Na jaren als chef te hebben gewerkt voor Yotam Ottolenghi, opende Sarit Packer samen met haar partner Itamar Srulovich het restaurant Honey & Co, dat door de Observer prompt tot Best Newcomer 2013 werd uitgeroepen. Honey & Co, het eerste kookboek van Itamar Srulovich en Sarit Packer, staat vol verse groente, spicy kruiden, knapperig brood, rokerig lamsvlees en wilde honing.
